When is my school getting added?

Check out the Request your School page here. We'd love to add your school!

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, & Afterpay.

Shipping Questions

How long does shipping take?

Excluding processing time, shipping takes 1-2 school days.

Where is my order tracking info?

Our orders are sent out via local courrier and don't have tracking information. Orders are expected to arrive within 1 full day of being shipped.

What is an ambassador?

Brand ambassadors show off our gear at their school in exchange for exclusive rewards & prizes.

Warranty Questions

My item is defective, where can I request a replacement?

Send us an email at contact@mycampusgear.ca with [Warranty Claim] in the subject line.

I lost my product, can I get a new one?

Lost items aren't covered under our lifetime warranty.

My product has been discontinued but I need a replacement, what do I do?

We'll honour your warranty with a new, equally priced product.
